The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order makes many demands on the 'responsible person' within a company including in relation to Fire Alarms, where required, the necessity for a working Automatic Fire Detection System as per BS5839 standard and installed by a 'competent person'.

In order to give our customers the best possible service we try and restrict installation and maintenance of Fire Alarms and Emergency lights to a 30 mile radius of our offices in Totnes.
